A Twilight Party
I am obsessed with Twilight. It is embarrassing, but I can’t resist. I even went out at midnight to purchase the movie when it came out. There are a few of us in the office who are Twilighters so we decided to have a party. Our company supports
Water For People (check it out, it’s an amazing charity) so we decided to hold a viewing party and donate the funds raised to wfp. We raised over $200 and had a great time doing it. The people in the office pretty much let me do whatever because they are best so I worked on a few little things over the weeks before the party. All the little details were key and I think everyone enjoyed them so it was not unnoticed.
Here are some fun things we included:
Golden Onion & Apples all over the place
Blood Type drinks and Rainier Beer (actually soda, we just covered the cans)
Lots of yummy desserts
Each table represented a different character and contained items specific to that person
Popcorn Cones with Quotes from the book
Lots of flowers and candles…we used Pine scented to give the feelings of Forks
